Tahlia is a registered psychologist with experience supporting adults (18+ yrs) across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. She has worked in diverse settings including forensic services, private practice, and with current and former members of the Australian Defence Force.

Tahlia provides one-on-one therapy that helps clients understand and change patterns that may be holding them back. She draws on psychodynamic approaches, including Affect State Therapy (AST), which focuses on how early experiences shape our sense of self and relationships. This process can lead to meaningful shifts in self-worth, emotional regulation, and connection with others.

She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to make lasting change.

Tahlia has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and is currently completing an Advanced Clinical Psychology Master’s program.

Her areas of experience include:

Depression and mood concerns
Anxiety, stress, and phobias
Emotional regulation difficulties
Trauma and PTSD
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Self-esteem and body image concerns
Eating disorders
Perfectionism, procrastination, and burnout

Tahlia sees clients with Medicare, Private Health, NDIS, CTP and Workcover funding.
