Complaints and Feedback
Making a complaint
You can raise a complaint with us directly by phone on 1300 366 614 or by email at info@thepsychologyhub.com.au. If your complaint is about a staff member, it will be handled by either our Senior Allied Health Practice Administrator or our Director. If your complaint is about the Director, we would encourage you to raise it first with your own practitioner or with our Senior Allied Health Practice Administrator. You can also contact any of the external bodies below at any time.

What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days.
- We will give you a full response within 45 days, other than in exceptional circumstances.
