I am a general psychologist who is passionate to work with our young people (3+ years) and their family as I truly believe that early intervention support is key in one’s wellbeing journey!
I also work with adolescents and adults, their family and support systems.
I have experience working with a wide range of psychological challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, sleeping issues, anger etc), provide parenting support, and I work alongside neurodivergent folk (e.g., autistics and ADHDers).
I have completed my Bachelor in the UK and Masters in Australia which provided me with an amazing insight into the nuances different culture/environment can have on our wellbeing and its approach to treatment.
I am trained in providing psychological intervention through a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions. My approach is tailored towards the client, their presentation and treatment goals whilst ensuring a good rapport is always prioritised.
In my spare time, I will either be lost in the mountains attempting to hike or reading a book on the couch.
I provide services under Medicare, Private Health and NDIS (early intervention, therapeutic supports and is recognised behaviour support provider),
