Rachel is a psychologist who works ONLINE with children (6+yrs), families, and adults who present with a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, depression, emotion dysregulation, behavioural concerns, self-esteem issues, stress management, relational difficulties, and adjustment difficulties.

Rachel has a warm, empathic, and supportive approach, and firmly believes in the importance of adopting a collaborative, client-centred framework that is tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Rachel provides psychological intervention via a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eclectic Therapy.

Rachel has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a strong background in research via publications in academic journals. Rachel has been involved with several research projects in real world settings, more recently coordinating a nationwide clinical trial for childhood anxiety, along with a child wellbeing and development program in partnership with schools and a national sporting program.

Rachel provides services under NDIS and is a Medicare Provider
