Claire is a general psychologist who values working with individuals to identify what meaningful change in their lives looks like for them and empowering them to bring about that change. Claire works from a person-centred and judgement-free approach comprising collaboration, empowerment, respect, and valuing each person’s unique experiences.
Claire works with adolescents (15+ years) and adults, practicing from a trauma-informed perspective, and treats general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, stress and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in private practice and not-for-profit mental health organisations as well as the rehabilitation sector to support individuals across a range of mental health problems. Her perspectives stem from a broad range of work and life experiences prior to qualifying as a psychologist.
