Carlo is a psychologist who provides therapy, diagnostic and assessment services to children (6+ years), adolescents, and adults. Trained in Adelaide, Carlo has since moved to Queensland and settled happily into life in Brisbane.
His assessment services include assessment for learning strengths and weaknesses, learning disorders, intellectual disability, giftedness, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and adaptive functioning.
Carlo has previously worked as a school psychologist, in a men’s mental health setting, and within aged care and public sector. His expertise lies in support across a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues.
Carlo believes in taking a strength and solution-based approach by employing various evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). He helps individuals develop their own practical strategies to overcome challenges and achieve lasting positive outcomes.
One of Carlo’s strengths is his warm and personable approach, and he is passionate about helping others fulfill their potential through his work in assessment and therapy.
Carlo is an NDIS, Workcover, Private Health and Medicare provider.
