Emma Fitton

Emma provides diagnostic and assessment telehealth services to children (6+), adolescents and adults. Emma is highly skilled in the assessment and diagnosis of autism (ASD) and ADHD, in addition to IQ/Cognitive testing and adaptive functioning.

Emma completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science at The University of Queensland in 2013 and a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at The Queensland University of Technology in 2017.

Emma has a professional background primarily working within the education system, providing therapeutic support to primary and high school students as well as working collaboratively with their teachers and families.

This includes psychometric assessment to identify possible barriers to full participation in educational settings and accessing learning content. In addition to this, Emma has worked within the disability sector, providing therapeutic support as well as autism (ASD) and ADHD assessment and diagnostic services to children and adults.

Emma’s approach is warm, empathetic and compassionate. She enjoys helping individuals understand their own strengths and weaknesses and strives to create an affirming and empowering assessment experience. Outside of work, Emma is a mum of two beautiful children (and a furbaby) and enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, exploring new coffee shops, taking long walks, watching movies and reading books.
