Izzy is a registered ANZACATA Art Psychotherapist with a strong passion for the connection between creativity, health, wellbeing, and spirituality. She completed her Master’s in Art Psychotherapy in London, where she worked with young people across a range of school settings.

Izzy works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a particular interest in supporting adolescents, as well as neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism.

Izzy takes a person-centred approach, meaning she meets each client with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity. She creates a space where people feel truly seen and heard, and can explore their experiences at their own pace, in ways that feel safe and meaningful. She supports clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other life challenges.

Izzy believes in the power of art therapy to help express feelings that are often hard to put into words. Through the art-making process, clients can explore deeper thoughts and emotions, gaining insight and supporting healing and personal growth.

Alongside art therapy, Izzy also integrates play and drama-based approaches, creating sessions that are engaging, creative, and tailored to each person. Her work includes a body-based (somatic) approach, using gentle awareness and movement to support emotional processing and regulation.

Izzy draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies, mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, and nervous system work. By working with both the mind and body, she helps clients feel safer and more stable, which supports them to process difficult experiences and create lasting change.

Clients often describe Izzy as respectful, understanding, playful, and compassionate. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where individuals can explore their challenges and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
